NASSCOM Product Conclave – 2015
NASSCOM chose Synergita to showcase their product in the NASSCOM Product Conclave – 2015 held in Chennai on 4th of March 2015.NASSCOM gave a good opportunity to Synergita – A cloud based Performance Management Software, to showcase its product to the participants. Several of the participants liked our product and we had good interaction. People liked the ease of use & simplicity of the software. They interacted with us for further enquiries also.
Ravi Gururaj (NASSCOM Product Forum chair) & Alok Goyal, Partner, Helion Advisors spent time with Synergita team during the showcase. They showed keen interest in the software and were impressed by its flexible and simple to use feature.
It was truly a great experience and excellent opportunity for us in meeting the HR professionals from various industries. Majority of them felt that they are looking for a system, which engages employees throughout the year and not just for conducting appraisal cycles end of year.
