We strive to maintain appropriate procedural and technical security with respect to its offices and information storage facilities so as to prevent any loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, or modification of personal information. We have deployed multiple security measures to prevent unauthorized access to data. Industry standard TLS protocol is used and so all the data transferred between server and client browsers are encrypted.

For Employees using our software for their employee performance and engagement software: Customer Organization which has signed up with Synergita owns this information and NOT Synergita. This data is protected through multi-tenant security model. As part of Synergita’s services, customers may load data into Synergita servers. Synergita will not share or distribute any such customer data except as provided in the contractual agreement between Synergita and customer, or as may be required by law.
B. Purpose of Sharing Information
The purpose of information collection is given as part of the consent. We may use your information only for the purpose stated and to the list of entities as per the consent given by you.
The purpose may be one or many of the following :
- products or services you've requested; (b) when we have your permission: or (c) under the following circumstances:
- To provide the information to trusted entities who work on behalf of or with Synergita Software under strict confidentiality agreements. These entities may use your personal information to help Synergita Software communicate with you about offers from Synergita and our marketing partners. We will make a sincere effort to respond in a timely manner to your requests to correct inaccuracies in your personal information. To correct inaccuracies in your personal information, please return the message containing the inaccuracies to the sender.
C. Children’s data privacy protection
Synergita Software' websites are not directed at nor targeted at children. No one who has not reached the age of thirteen may use the websites unless supervised by an adult.

The end users can remove their data managed in Synergita products anytime. The data will be removed from the servers upon termination of account. Refer to our Terms of service for more details.

VI. Customer Testimonials And Blog Related Comments
Synergita posts customer testimonials on our web site which may contain personally identifiable information. We obtain the customer’s consent via email prior to posting the testimonial to post their name along with their testimonial.
